Taylor Cabaniss is from Greenville, South Carolina and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Economics. Taylor accepted a position with Carolina Lending Group in 2012. Being honest and dedicated, has lead Taylor to become one of the companies top producers. Taylor’s knowledge of the mortgage industry allows him to help first time home buyers, investors, and even reverse mortgage clients. Taylor is an avid supporter of the University of South Carolina and also enjoys hunting, fishing, running, and sports.

After 25yrs in the commodities trading world and running his own trading business, Chip has begun to bring his understanding of interest rates and the economy to the mortgage industry. Chip is married with two children, a son who attends Clemson University and a daughter off to University of South Carolina next year. After spending his childhood growing up in the military and traveling the world, Chip returned back home in 2001 and has re-established his roots in low country.  His focus is in helping Veterans and First time Home buyers, but also offering his expertise in the Non – Qualified lending options. Which has enabled people to get loans that most banks and other lenders cannot offer. In his free time he enjoys the outdoors both hunting/fishing, golf and being a certified commercial pilot.
